Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. This includes but is not limited to body care, skincare, hair care, and consumable products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage or error:

- You must provide clear photos of the issue
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds
